This project involved the installation of roofline cladding and soffit panels on a residential property to provide a clean, finished edge to the roof structure and improve long-term weather protection. The client required a low-maintenance, modern solution that would protect exposed rafters while enhancing the exterior appearance of the home.Salan Construct began by preparing the roof edges and securing ventilation gaps where needed to support proper airflow under the eaves. Durable white PVC panels were selected for both aesthetic consistency and resistance to moisture, UV exposure and temperature fluctuations. The soffit panels were fitted beneath the roof overhang, while the cladding was installed along the fascia to create a clean transition between the roof and exterior walls.Careful measurements and leveling ensured every panel was aligned and secured correctly. Edges and corners were sealed and reinforced to prevent water intrusion, improving the longevity of the roof structure. The finished result is a streamlined, modern exterior with improved resistance to the elements and reduced future maintenance.This project highlights Salan Construct’s ability to execute precise exterior finishing work with both functional and visual impact.
