This project involved extensive structural reinforcement and precision house lifting on an older residential building in need of foundation stabilization. The original concrete base had deteriorated over time, leading to instability and uneven load distribution across the structure. Salan Construct was brought in to carry out a complete reinforcement operation focused on safety, alignment and long-term durability. The process began with elevating the structure using professional jacking equipment, followed by strategic removal of the damaged foundation sections. Once the unstable concrete was cleared, we installed solid steel bars across critical wall points, locking them into new support plates to redistribute the weight efficiently. All materials and techniques used were selected to meet Dutch construction standards and ensure lasting integrity.This project demanded technical precision, especially in areas where original wall alignment had shifted. The reinforcement work restored balance, strength and safety without disturbing the overall structure or layout of the home. It also created a secure base for future renovations.
